Mrs. Kelly earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Washington, and her teaching credentials from Western Washington University. This is her 28th year of teaching and while she is currently teaching middle school, she has also taught elementary school. 

Both of Julie's grown daughters are graduates of ASCS - they have launched their careers and live on their own in the Seattle area. 

Mrs. Kelly has been happily married to my husband Jim for over 31 years. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, spending time outside, and being with family.
