yearly COMMITMENT HOURS
K-8 families are expected to complete a minimum of 30 volunteer hours each year, with 15 hours devoted to major fundraising activities.
ELC-only Families are expected to complete a minimum of 20 volunteer hours each year, with 12 hours devoted to major fundraising activities.
Major fundraising activities include:
- Fair parking
- Annual Campaign
- catalog sales
- auction
- auction - procurement team
- Sister Claude sponsorship fundraising events
- SCRIP sales and book-keeping
- annual dogs of all saints calendar
- chairing a parent org event
- serving on the leadership team for parent org.
and/or school commission - room parent fundraising activities
- used uniform - organizing, book-keeping,
and sales (Parent-org.) - serving students for sweet treat friday events

volunteer ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
- serving as a room parent
- volunteering in your students classroom
- volunteering/helping your students' teacher
- Field trip volunteer driver/chaperone
- VOLUNTEERING AS A CLUB OR ELECTIVE TEACHER (ENTIRE QUARTER)
- VOLUNTEERING YOUR TIME AS A COACH (ENTIRE SEASON)
- parent org. and/or school commission meeting attendance
- volunteering at parent-org sponsored events
- volunteering at school-sponsored events
- student lunch and recess supervision (by sign up only)
- middle school base camp supervision
- participating in school-wide campus beautification days
Parents are responsible for recording and submitting their hours online through the online Parent Portal. All unfulfilled commitment hours will be charged $25 per hour of volunteer service to their FACTS account at the end of the school year.
Please note: The archDiocese of seattle requires that all volunteers complete the Safe Environment and Mandated Reporter training, as well as a Background check. this Training must be renewed every five years.
