Academic Philosophy

At All Saints Catholic School, we believe education is about nurturing the whole child - mind, body, and spirit. Our licensed teachers provide a rigorous academic foundation rooted in Catholic faith and values. Through small class sizes and individualized attention, students are encouraged to grow into confident learners and compassionate leaders.

Curriculum Overview

Early Learning (Pre-School - Pre-Kindergarten)

Our youngest learners begin their academic journey through hands-on discovery, early literacy, and number sense. Faith, play, and exploration build the foundation of a lifelong love of learning.

Primary (Kindergarten - Second Grade)

Students build independence in reading, strengthening math skills, and exploration of science and social studies - all through the lens of our Catholic faith. Teachers provide differentiated reading instructions to meet students and their individual needs.

Intermediate (Third - Fifth Grade)

Students develop stronger problem-solving skills, expand their writing and reading comprehension, and explore deeper concepts in math, science, and history. Projects, labs, and collaborative learning keep academics engaging and meaningful.

Middle School (Sixth - Eighth Grade)

Middle school students are prepared for high school and beyond with a focus on advanced academics, leadership, and service. In addition to core subjects, students benefit from electives, project-based learning, and opportunities to grow in faith and responsibility.

Faith Integration

Catholic identity is at the heart of everything we do. Religion classes, daily prayer, weekly Mass, and service projects help students live their faith in meaningful ways. Catholic values are woven into every subject, guiding students to become thoughtful, faith-filled citizens.

Character Strong

At ASCS, we use the CharacterStrong program to help students grow not only in academics but also in character and compassion. CharacterStrong provides lessons and activities that teach empathy, kindness, respect, and responsibility through practical, age-appropriate experiences.

Rooted in our Catholic values, this program encourages students to live out the virtues of faith, hope, and love in their daily interactions. By focusing on social-emotional learning and character formation, CharacterStrong helps our students build strong relationships, make thoughtful choices, and develop the habits of heart and mind that prepare them to serve others and lead with integrity.
